We're BAAAACK!

Alrighty. We are back in business. It is going to take a while to learn how everything works on this awesome new computer, but I've mastered the basics of this blog for now. I'll keep it short and sweet as I still have lots to do before bed. Here are tons of pictures that show what we've been up to since we got home.

AC remembered she had a clubhouse (aka the storage closet under the stairs)! It seems that she's thinking, "Don't come over here, Mama. You have to know the password to get in!"

Playing with her house.

Belly Button Discovery!! She finally found it! She has actually scratched her belly up because she pokes it so much.

Her concentrated face.

Crawling inside the cabinet under the sink is a favorite activity these days.

As soon as we got here, her curls came out from hibernation.

It didn't take long for her to go after the eyelashes on this baby. She has yet to succeed.

A sneak peak at our new computer (which is awesome but very different from our old one). We need a tutorial!!

Daddy gave AC the old keyboard. She loves it.

Our new keyboard is wireless and tiny. It's not much bigger than a steno notebook! Sooo weird.

We haven't had the opportunity to personalize and decorate any of AC's bedrooms yet. So, the first thing on my "To Do List" is creating a special place for my girl. Today, we found this great little doll house for a really good price. I think I'm more excited about it than she is. Daddy says it looks like a fancy barn. Whatever. Well, she can put all of her horses and cows in it then (since we have about 20)!

Nina is in the process of making some really fancy draperies and I'm on the hunt for other things as well. If only I can find exactly what I have pictured in my mind! I'll be sure to show you all once we are done!!

We hope you all have had a great week. Everyone around here is adjusting well! Check back tomorrow! We love and miss you all!!

  1. I had a place under the stairs like that when I was little. It was where we had my play kitchen! Love the new dollhouse.
